Please make sure your child comes appropriately dressed for gymnastics.  Comfortable clothing is a must!  Street clothes are not recommended.  (No jeans please!)  Leotards, gym shorts, tank tops, t-shirts or athletic wear are best.  Secured sandals or socks and tennis shoes will be needed for the park.  No jewelry is allowed with the exception of small stud earrings.  Long hair should be pulled back away from the face.

Thursday is Costume Party day!  Every Thursday, we encourage campers to dress up!  Come dressed as your favorite character pertaining to the theme of the week!

Friday is Water Park day!  Campers enjoy an outside adventure on our water inflatables.  Please make sure to send your gymnast in a bathing suit and have them bring a change of clothes, towel and sunscreen.

Campers will need to bring healthy snacks!  Half-day campers will need snacks for our mid-morning break only.  Full-day campers will need snacks for mid-morning and mid-afternoon breaks as well as a healthy lunch.

This summer, we have dedicated eight fun-filled weeks to our recreational gymnastics camp designed for our beginner through Level 3 gymnasts.  Camps are open for boys and girls ages 4 years old and up.  Each week will have a different theme, so be on the lookout, we have some awesome activities planned!

Camp begins each day at 8:00 a.m. for all campers.  Half-day ends at 12:00 p.m. and full-day ends at 4:00 p.m.  (Early drop-off and late pick-up can be arranged but must be done ahead of time.)   Half-day morning camp is recommended for younger gymnasts, ages 4 years old to 5 years old.  Please note, weeks 4 and 5 are half-day camps only!

Campers begin each morning with a warm-up and a structured general stretch involving music, games and motion to wake up their muscles and clear the cobwebs.  Mornings offer parachute games, obstacle courses and structured games.  When the weather permits, gymnasts spend a 20 to 30 minute break at Western Park, just a hop, skip and jump from our front door.  (Please make sure that your child brings secured sandals or socks and tennis shoes for the park.  No flip flops, please!)  A healthy snack from home around mid-morning gives campers downtime allowing them to relax and digest before returning to the gym floor for some more fun!

When 12:00 p.m. rolls around, half-day campers take their leave while full-day campers take their lunch break.  Bag lunches from home (preferably on the healthy side) create a fun picnic for campers.

Afternoons offer a slow start with craft time.  Be prepared to be amazed at some of the artwork your child brings home!  We arrange a different craft each day that pertains to the theme of the week.  Following craft, it's back to gymnastics!  Structured games, dance, music, fun conditioning, a healthy mid-afternoon snack and gymnastics close out the rest of the afternoon.
