PARENT & TOT CLASSES: 
 
   Our Parent & Tot classes help children to begin interaction with other children.  Each class has an obstacle course that has been set up with repetition as well as an added challenge that changes weekly.  The class focuses mainly on body awareness, motor skills, listening skills, and increasing a your tots coordination skills.  We use music and tot size apparatuses in the obstacle course, as well as trampolines and our 36 foot tumble trac, to create a safe and fun environment for learning and for the introduction to gymnastics at the age of 2 to 3 years old.

MIGHTY MUNCHKIN CLASSES:

   Our Mighty Munchkin class is for ages 3 to 5, and it provides a safe and fun introdution to pre-school gymnastics.  Munchkin size equipment, toys and music as well as trampolines and our 36 foot tumble trac are used to teach body awareness and basic pre-school gymnastics.  This class focuses on activities to increase the pre-schoolers coordination, muscle development, social skills and motor skills.  Parents are invited to participate with the first couple of classes if needed, and then the student is encouraged to work with coach and the other students to take turns, share and participate.

RECREATIONAL CLASSES:

   Recreational classes are provided for children age five and up.  These classes participate on all apparatuses and teach beginner gymnastics skills that increase students strength and flexibility.  Our program follows the USA Gymnastics guidelines for teaching basic beginner classes and we advance our students on own individual success of mastering skills.
